Singapore shares opened higher, STI up to 3,519.71

Stock trading in Singapore on Monday (May 24 ) seemed favorable as the Singapore shares opened higher with the Straits Times Index increasing 6.48 focuses or 0.18 percent to  3,519.71 as at the opening time toward the beginning of seven days that will see exchanging occasions saw crosswise over significant markets the world over also the Strait Times Index closed at 3,518.48

Gainers dwarfed failures 63 to 31, or around two stocks up for each one down after 28.5 million offers worth $46.1 million changed hands. 


Among the most vigorously exchanged by volume, Ezion Holdings slipped 1.6 for every penny or $0.002 to $0.121 with 3.4 million offers exchanged. Sembcorp Marine withdrew 3.2 for each penny or $0.07 to $2.12 with 0.7 million offers exchanged. 


Dynamic file stocks included DBS Group Holdings, up 0.5 for every penny or $0.14 to $29.08; and Singtel, up 0.3 for each penny or $0.01 to $3.34.
